| Introduction |
The first word to come to mind when entering Gryphon House is, sensational. Every tiny detail has been thought of in the most elegant and tasteful way. This three bedroom Villa is equipped to accommodate any group from disabled to young, old, fun or quiet people and is an entertainer's wonderland.

| Property |
The bold African art and sculptures add a feeling of warmth and fun to the large open free flowing areas. After walking up the stairs in through the gorgeous entrance, you are overwhelmed by the view, by the modern neat finishes which have been done with the highest prestige but most of all by the way the whole house flows together.

| Living Areas |
There are two lounge areas, one inside which has a beautiful big fireplace and exquisite full windows with a titanic view. This lounge leads out onto the veranda which has an outdoor lounge area for those warm summer evenings. As well as the outdoor lounge is an outdoor dining area with bulky, modern furniture. This area can be sheltered from the wind or the glare of a sunset by enormous shutters which slide across the entire side of the veranda. This veranda leads down into a fresh, well groomed garden that smells of lavender and leads to a large pool area, equipped with sun-loungers. This area is also completely private.

| Master Bathroom |
There are no words that could do the master bedroom any justice. The design and layout of the en-suite bathroom which stands open to the bedroom but has the option of sliding frosted doors between and is centred around an enormous freestanding stone bath. All the details and finishes are, as throughout the rest of the house, something out of a dream.

| Kitchen |
The modern kitchen could not need anything more. Equipped with everything from a dishwasher to a cup-warmer, all of which are so tastefully and neatly placed, that the kitchen also, bold and full, is not overly prominent in the living area. The study, although tucked away for those moments of deep concentration, is quite spacious and has a stronger sense of the African spirit in the huge expressive artwork.

| Garden |
A magic sense of calm resides in the garden at the other side of the house. This garden has been so carefully created and manicured, completed by a water feature and sun-loungers. The atmosphere creates the most ideal setting for sun tanning or reading or just relaxing, which is at the end of the day, why we all go on holiday.
