Oman
is located in the Middle East, bordering the Arabian
Sea, Gulf of Oman, and Persian Gulf, between Yemen
and UAE. Muscat, the country's enchanting capital
city, retains a traditional way of life, with
an intriguing mix of the old and the new. The
country's major industries include oil, natural
gas, agriculture and fishing, although considerable
attention has been given to tourism in the recent
years. Comprising three core districts, namely
Muscat, Mutrah and Ruwi, each district functions
as an influential entity that shapes modern-day
Muscat society.
